Remark: upwards types are enterprise standard, the last two bits stand for rigidity, there are 30-80 degree, the customers can choose according to their own production; color can be prepared according to customer's demand. Whether add sulfuration or not please explain when ordering.

Double room temperature sulfuration organic silicon mould glue is a flowing liquid mixture. In the condition of room temperature high molecule elastomer, it can keep string under the condition of -60-200℃.At the same time it owned good electric character and chemical steady. And it fits to different kind of needs of copy art craft, the character is good and it is suitable to the same kind of product.
The series product is pouring liquid on unsaturated polyester, ring oxygen resion，polymer
ammonia ester and other soft formwork. They fit for leatheroid high frequency pressure design, pattern of face and bottom of jogging shoes, making of art craft, ceramics, toys industry, furniture, electric fittings of appliance, copy of cultural relic and moulding of plaster, cement and other productions. Uses ways:
Put A.B mixture according to A:B=100:2-4, put into ready clear formwork after dealt by vacuum. Put into room temperature 24 hours later that may be sulfuration moulding. If there are special needs for instance quickly solidify and use for brushing and smearing that can mould 2 hours. We can make special solidify matter so that satisfy different customers' needs.
The rate of A and B can be adjusted according to the time of handling, the temperature of environment is high, and the speed of sulfuration is quick. If B reducing, the temperature of it must be higher. We suggest 2 hours just good.
Observing items:
1. Use A. B must be mixed uniformity that can affect the character of glue.
2. Different type of A. B can change each other and that can't affect the character of glue.
3. If there is deposition please churn up uniformity and that can't affect the character of glue.
4. A. B save up respectively, if there is new mixture must be use at once.
5. The former model is glasses, ceramics or when smearing dope. The former model must be washed by shampoo or suds. After the water volatilization, brushing or washing formwork glue. That is being propitious to get rid of film.
6. If need cut down the rigidity of glue, that can be diluted by 5-10% silicon oil of group A .
Stock and transportation:
Formwork glue put into the dry conditions and the expiry is one year.
